My family raised me on a vegetarian diet, which is why food has always been an important aspect of our upbringing. I studied Food Science and Technology and, later, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, the degree that has allowed me to help many people who want to improve their diet and health.
I have read many nutrition books, made many recipes from the multitude of books I have at home, and created my own, as providing culinary resources is essential to facilitate adherence to a change of habits.
When we met, we saw that we shared a passion for food and healthy living and that we had both dreamed of creating a space where we could share our philosophy of life.
Mahalo is that space today, and we hope you feel at home.
When I was little, I always watched cooking shows and helped my mother prepare family meals. Although I would have loved to train to be a chef, I ended up studying advertising. Even so, cooking has always been a hobby.
After living in different parts of the world, the idea arose to bring the brunch concept to Vallès, where I have lived all my life.
In recent years, coffee has also taken on a relevant role in our lives, to the point of deciding to train as a barista at Animal Coffee, where I learned everything we want to teach you about specialty coffee.
